A focused internal application brought imports, bulk operations, permissions, backups and a Windows launcher into one fast workflow.

Technical architecture
A local Flask and SQLAlchemy application combines account, invoice and collection rules with Excel import and EDM services in one data model.
Delivery and reliability
It is served internally with Waitress; the PyInstaller package is tested with clean runtime data, while backup and restore behaviour are verified separately.
