The approach
InnDesk360 brings the stay journey from reservation to check-out into one workspace. Guest arrivals and departures enter a guarded queue for automated EGM and Gendarmerie KBS notifications, while sending and official outcome statuses remain visible separately. The Android and iOS app lets reception staff handle guest tasks around the property and housekeeping staff manage room cleaning. Rooms, folios and charges stay within the same daily workflow.
