The need
Clinical data exchange demands operational care across multiple protocols, legacy systems, imaging archives and services that must remain available.

HL7 messaging, KOS/XDS document flows, DICOM services and WADO access were combined in a traceable desktop application that keeps technical complexity under control.

Technical architecture
The Qt desktop client combines Oracle records, HL7 messages, KOS/XDS documents and PACS access in one controlled operational flow.
Delivery and reliability
Transfers are tracked through an audit trail and explicit state model; uncertain deliveries are not blindly resent. Executable and installer are verified separately.
