Why is it needed?
Hotel and hospital staff may have to re-enter check-in, check-out, admission and discharge information that already exists in their own software into the EGM Identity Notification System. Without a direct integration, this creates wasted time, missed notifications, duplicate entries and outcomes that are difficult to track.

What does it do?
EGM KBS Automation automatically follows new events in the organisation’s existing system and operates the official EGM/KBS screens through purpose-built, controlled browser automation. User sessions and EGMSEC verification are preserved; every record is checked before submission, the result is read back, and automatic retry stops when the outcome is uncertain.
How it works, simply
It simplifies identity notifications for hotels and hospitals.
Instead of asking staff to re-enter the same information in separate systems, EGM KBS Automation finds new accommodation events, checks them and prepares them for processing in the EGM Identity Notification System.
Detects the event
New hospital admissions and discharges, or hotel check-ins and check-outs, are followed from the organisation’s existing management system.
Bridges the missing integration
Even when no ready-made API or direct service connection is available, controlled browser automation operates the official web screens.
Verifies the outcome
The record is checked again after processing; if the outcome is uncertain, the same notification is not blindly repeated and the user is informed.

Technical architecture
A FastAPI-based hub monitors hospital HYBS/Oracle records in read-only mode and processes accommodation events from hotel or hospital sources through a guarded queue, per-user KBS sessions and browser automation.
Delivery and reliability
Where the official system provides no direct integration service, controlled automation works through the existing web screens. An idempotent queue, pre-submit checks, read-back verification and stopping on uncertain outcomes reduce incorrect or duplicate notifications.
